How to use the Request for Change Form OWGTM
This article provides step-by-step guidance on completing the Request for Change (RFC) form. You’ll learn what information is required, how to submit the form, and what happens after submission. 1. Accessing the Request for Change form
- The Request for Change form can be found via the form link.
2. Completing the form
- Once the link has been followed, you will be presented with the Request for Change form:
- The first section to complete is 'Your Details'. Here you will need to enter your first name, last name, email, job title and specify if you are the decision maker. These are mandatory fields. As an extra level of communication, you also have the option to add your mobile number.
- You will then need to complete the 'Details of Your Request'. There are 5 information boxes here to complete.
- Full description: Include as much detail as possible about the requirement. including benefits to you, the impact on your organisation and how this would improve your day to day workings.
- Has this request been raised with one world previously?: State whether you have previously raised this request with a member of the One World team. If you select yes, you will also be required to detail who this was raised with.
- When, ideally, would you like to see this change implemented?: Include a realistic timeline. Please bear in mind this may not be guaranteed.
- What are the issues that would arise if this change is not implemented within the given time frame?: This could include upcoming changes in processes, features.
- Would your organisation allocate a budget specifically for this capability?: In some instances, a fee may be applied to the requested change. You will need to confirm this has been considered.
- Finally, you can upload any screenshots, videos or other relevant files, and submit the request.
3. What happens after completion?
- Once the form has been completed, it will be reviewed by our internal team.
- The RFC request will become visible in your customer portal.
- As the RFC moves through the One World GTM's request for change board, the ticket will update, and you will be contacted by our team periodically. This will normally be by email, either with an update or to arrange a meeting.
4. Raised on your behalf
- If changes are identified during during the Build or UAT phase, you may raise your request directly to your Customer Engagement Manager. In this instance, they may raise the request on your behalf.
- Once raised, you will still have access to the details via your customer portal, and will receive all updates as usual.
