How to Mark a Product as 'Data Ready'

When products have sufficient data, Suppliers can mark them as 'Data Ready' by starting the Supplier Product Library Service. Suppliers can only mark products as 'Data Ready' when all packaging components have at least some level of packaging information and the product has been matched.

  1. Navigate to the Task 
  2. Mark the Product as 'Data Ready'
  3. Save and Submit

 

1. Navigate to the Task

  1. The task will appear in the Task List under the Supplier Product Library tab with the task description of Review Packaging Data.
  2. Click on the task to begin.

 

2. Mark the Product as 'Data Ready'

  1. Review the packaging data, making sure it is correct. 
  2. When you are confident the data is correct, navigate to the 'Data Ready' column then toggle as 'Ready'. 

 

3. Save and Submit Your Changes

  1. Now that you have marked the product as ready, click Save to save your progress. 
  2. Click Actions, then select Submit and Leave.
  3. You will then be taken back to the Task List.
